Processing of Your Order

We deliver throughout Australia within two business days for orders placed before 5pm business days. We work hard to ensure your gift arrives within the specified time frame; however, there may be instances outside of our control when delivery is delayed.

Delivery is only available during week days and not on public holidays.

We provide two forms of delivery:

• Small purchases will be posted using padded envelopes, Australia Post tough bags or pre-paid satchels.
  
• Gift boxes, trays and baskets will be delivered using a courier or Australia Post. Should you purchase from the gift box, tray or gift basket range and also include a sibling gift such as a book, milkscreen, or breastfeeding top from the parent essentials category then these will be combined with your gift box or basket order for no additional delivery cost provided these are sent to the same location.

Delivery cost is based on weight or size, which ever is greater. A signature is required to confirm receipt of delivery for gift boxes, trays or baskets.
