Is payment secure?

We use PayPal for processing payments and therefore we do not store your credit card details at The Gift Goblin. How will my order be delivered?

We use a courier to deliver gift hampers and Australia Post tough bags or pre-paid satchels for smaller orders. Prices vary according to order size, weight and destination. Your delivery cost will be included at the checkout stage of the ordering process.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally upon request. You will need to contact us to organise such.

Do you ship nationally?

Yes, we ship Australia wide.

Is there a discount for purchasing more than one gift box?

Yes, the discount applies to postage. This is calculated for you at the checkout. 

How will I know when my order has been sent?

A confirmation email will be sent to your specified email address upon completion of your PayPal payment.

How will I know my gift was received by the intended recipient?

We require that someone at the delivery address signs for the order when a courier is used (gift hampers). This is your guarantee that it arrived at the intended location.  Otherwise, Australia Post satchels are sent express and can be tracked upon request.
